If you’ve followed me for a while, you know the effort that goes behind the scenes! It doesn’t just stop at having your session in the studio, it’s about making those photographs stand out 🤍
Nothing major though if you look closely, all the details are there but they are enhanced so that you can see them clearly and remember them every time you look back 🤩
Now we all know the heartburn tale and the head full of hair but did you know that it’s actually link with a mix of genetics and hormone exposure?
Higher level of certain hormones can stimulate hair growth, nothing to do with heartburn really I guess 🙈 did you also know that hair growth also happen in cycles and if your baby was born with a lot of hair it might be because they were in a phase of rapid growth 🥰
Our little girl had no hair but our baby boy had soooo much when he was born, he was 5 days overdue, maybe it was linked, who knows 🤭
Was your baby born with a lot of hair?

There’s something special about the last days of summer, when the light turns soft and golden and I always feel like life starts to slow down again.
This was my very first photoshoot at the beach, and I absolutely loved capturing these moments full of joy, movement (a lot of it !!! 😂), and connection.
I’m thinking of offering beach sessions like this on a more regular basis, so if you’d love timeless family memories by the sea, stay tuned… 🌊

A lot of very interesting facts there! I’m a September baby myself as so far I don’t seem to tick many of the boxes but I most definitely am a perfectionist (which isn’t always a good thing 🙈)
Also, I’m not convinced I’ll see my 100th birthday 😂😂
Anyway, my birthday is on the 20th, do I share it with any of your September babies?? 😍

If you look closely at this little nose, you’ll see small white bumps often called “milk spots” (the medical name is milia). They’re really common in newborns and nothing to worry about 🥰
👉 So why do they appear? Milia form when tiny flakes of skin get trapped in small pockets under the surface. Since a newborn’s skin is still learning how to renew itself, these little spots pop up on the nose, cheeks, or chin. They’re completely harmless, and usually fade on their own within a few weeks.
As a newborn photographer, I LOVE capturing these little details in macro shots , the skin texture, button noses, pouty lips, and yes, even those milk spots. They’re part of your baby’s story in those early days, a stage that passes so quickly but is so worth remembering. 💕
Because when you look back, it’s often the tiny things that make the biggest memories 📸
