Found White Shadows Photography through instagram and booked a Valentines mini session for my 1 year old. It was a wonderful experience from start to end. Justine was very welcoming to us on the day and made a lot of effort to get some smiles from my wary and straightfaced baby. The results of the shoot are absolutely beautiful. Pictures we will treasure forever. We have had very quick responses to any messages sent, with pictures being returned for viewing within 4 days, and all being done for a very reasonable price. Justine is the most incredible photographer and is such a friendly, warm and professional lady. My 1 year old had a mini session with her (20 mins) and settled in straight away, with no issues and LOTS of smiles!! Sheās a bit wary of new people usually, so itās a huge compliment to Justine that she was so happy around her instantly. What an amazing experience with our new born and family.
Over the moon with out photos. The little details just made all the difference, a baby 'rockit' to gently rock baby whilst he was having his photos taken as well as this a soothing 'shoosher' noise maker and hot water bottles to keep him all toasty. On top of that Justine is a lovely welcoming lady.

We attended for a newborn photo shoot when our baby was only 8 days old. Justine had our new born settled, she knew exactly what to do. We met Justine two and a half years ago for our newborn photoshoot for our son. She was so wonderful then that we followed her all the way to Folkstone for our newborn shoot for our daughter a few weeks ago. Sibling photos arenāt always easy to capture but I always just go with the flow and encourage you make it fun for your toddler. Forcing them isnāt going to help (the two years old will confirm) so remember to come with no to very little expectations, have fun, embrace the moment and let the magic unfold š¤

While it is scientifically impossible, thatās definitely how it feels š„¹ isnāt it incredible how much your baby change in that first year? They have learned so much without us realising.
Hereās a list of whatās changed since youāve held that tiny newborn for the first time:
š¤ theyāve rolled, sat, crawled and some are already walking! š¤ the windy smile has turned to giggle and smile on demand š¤ they have teeth (2-6 usually) š¤ they eat everything š¤ they understand instructions (shake, pick it up, eat itā¦) š¤ they say a few words
And all of this within 11-12 months, thatās an awful lot! So donāt be too disheartened if your little one isnāt sleeping too well just yet or appears to be a little grumpy at times, theyāre just too busy learning new skills and adjusting to our world ā¤ļø

What you need:
āØFitness Hula Hoop (pick whatever size you prefer) āØBrown insulation tape āØGarden twist wire āØChristmas garland and foliage (I went for artificial so it holds throughout all the sessions)
